This extrusion system features an advanced single or twin-screw extruder, ensuring uniform melting and precise material flow. The integrated line includes automated feeding, extrusion, melt filtration, water-cooling, stretching, embossing, and dual-station coil winding. It is equipped with a PLC control system and an intuitive HMI touchscreen, enabling operators to monitor parameters in real-time, adjust settings quickly, and reduce material waste.
